The Shokoofa account center is where you manage your account, your tenants and your access across every Shokoofa app.
Signing in
Sign in with the same account you use in the other Shokoofa apps. Your password is never entered into or stored by this app; signing in always happens on the Shokoofa identity page.
Areas of the account center
- My account: your profile and photo, sign-in security, sessions, tenants and roles, invitations, notifications, support access and API keys. Everyone has it; see , and .
- Tenant: if you hold an administrative role in a tenant, manage its members, invitations, units and settings here. If you belong to several tenants, choose one from the list at the top of this area.
- Platform: shown only to Shokoofa platform operators.
- Help: these articles and the glossary.
Each area appears only when you are allowed to use it.
Confirming it's you with a second factor
Your organisation may require you to confirm your identity again before some sensitive actions, such as granting an administrative role; where it is optional, says so, and a second factor is still recommended. When it is required, a dialog explains that you need to confirm with your second factor (for example a one-time code or a security key). After confirming you return to the same page and can repeat the action.
Language and display
Use the bar at the top of the page to switch between Persian and English and to choose the light or dark theme. In Persian, dates are shown in the Solar Hijri calendar.
