Each time you sign in to Shokoofa in a browser or on a device, a session starts. The Sessions and devices page of My account lists your active sessions so you can check them and end any you do not recognise.
What each session shows
- The internet address (IP) the session was last used from. At home or at work this is usually your network's address; on a phone network it changes often.
- Last active and started: when the session was last used and when you signed in.
- Apps: the Shokoofa apps opened in that session, such as the account center, Boostan or Plan. One session is shared by every Shokoofa app in the same browser.
- This device marks the session you are using right now. Remembered means you ticked "remember me" when signing in.
The identity service does not report the browser or device name, so the address and the apps are the way to tell sessions apart.
Ending a session
Choose End session next to a session and confirm. That browser is signed out of every Shokoofa app at once.
Sign out everywhere else ends every session except the one you are using. Use it if you signed in on a shared or lost device, or if you are not sure where you are signed in.
To leave the device you are using, choose Sign out on this device, or sign out from the menu at the top of the page.
If you see a session you do not recognise
End it, then change your password under Sign-in and security, and turn on two-step sign-in if it is off. Someone who knew your password cannot sign in again without your second factor.
