Short answers to common questions about the account center.
Why does a page ask me to confirm it's me?
Your organisation may require a sign-in confirmed with your second factor for sensitive actions and every platform page. You then confirm on the Shokoofa sign-in page with a one-time code and return to the same page. Where it is optional, Sign-in and security says so; setting up an authenticator app there is still recommended.
I cannot see an area mentioned here.
Each area appears only when you hold a permission for it. Tenant areas need a role in that tenant; platform areas need a platform role.
How do I change my own name or email?
In My account → Profile. Platform staff also change their own details there, never from the platform pages.
A person forgot their password. Can an administrator set a new one?
No. Nobody sees or sets another person's password. A platform operator can send them a sign-in email with Set a new password from their page under Platform → People.
Why was my role removed by itself?
Platform roles other than the owner last at most 90 days and must be recertified by another platform owner. If nobody recertifies a role in time, it is removed automatically.
Why can't I approve this tenant deletion?
Deletion needs two different operators, neither of them the person who requested it. If you requested it, or already gave the first approval, another operator must approve.
Can a deleted tenant be recovered?
Yes, within 30 days of the second approval: open the tenant and choose Restore. After that its data is removed for good.
What does "Not recorded" mean next to a platform role?
The role was granted outside the account center, so it has no expiry. A platform owner should record it, which puts it under the 90-day and recertification rules, or remove it.
